Finally some cricket for the summer that never happened! On a bright sunny day, Camden played their first league match against NCI at their makeshift home ground in Little Eversden. A disciplined bowling performance from Camden, backed up by some excellent fielding, restricted NCI to 165. Robinson and Batley led Camden’s chase with a solid 90-run partnership, followed by a late-innings blitz from Redfern to register a comfortable six-wicket win.
